When do I get paid my commission?+
Commissions are paid on completed orders only. Orders that are pending, cancelled, refunded, or returned do not qualify for commission. Once an order is marked as completed, your commission is credited to your account and paid out on the next scheduled payout date.
How do I move from Bronze to Silver or Gold?+
Tier upgrades are based on your total number of completed sales referred through your link. Reach 11 completed sales to unlock Silver (10%), and 51 completed sales to unlock Gold (12%). Upgrades are applied by the Civani team, you do not need to request them.
How does the referral tracking work?+
When someone clicks your unique referral link, a 30-day tracking cookie is stored on their browser. If they complete a purchase within 30 days of clicking your link, the sale is attributed to you and you earn your commission, even if they did not buy immediately.
Is there a minimum number of sales required to stay active?+
No. There are no minimum sales targets or activity requirements. Your account stays active as long as it is in good standing. You earn whenever you refer, at your own pace, on your own schedule.
